Rema Aljajeh

Rema is deeply committed to aiding individuals in their quest to begin new lives in Canada, a journey often riddled with complex and challenging immigration applications. Holding licenses as a paralegal and notary public, she is also a distinguished member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, bringing a wealth of legal expertise to her role.

Before co-founding R&R Law, Rema gained substantial experience in diverse legal environments, with a particular focus on immigration law at a specialized boutique firm. In this capacity, she expertly managed a broad spectrum of immigration matters, extending her services to numerous companies seeking to transfer skilled workers to Canada.

Rema's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the Arab Open University in Saudi Arabia. Her dedication to the field led her to continue her education by enrolling in the paralegal program at Centennial College in Toronto.

Beyond her professional commitments at R&R Law, Rema treasures quality time with her family, delights in exploring a variety of cuisines, and finds solace in the soothing melodies of the piano during her leisure hours.

Rebecca Godinho

Partner

Rebecca is a dedicated and compassionate advocate with a proven track record of success. She holds the titles of barrister and solicitor, notary public, and is a proud member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

Prior to co-founding R&R Law, Rebecca worked as an associate lawyer at a boutique immigration law firm where she gained substantive knowledge and experience handling various Canadian immigration matters, including work permits, temporary and permanent residence applications, along with family-based immigration.

Before her focus on immigration law, Rebecca completed her articles at a general practice law firm in Toronto after earning her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Throughout her law school journey, she demonstrated exceptional commitment, serving on the executive board of the Canadian Law Society for two years. Notably, she represented her university at the Regional Finals of the Client Interviewing Competition for England and Wales during her final academic year. Her academic pursuits were complemented by active involvement in the Royal Canadian Air Cadet Program as a Civilian Instructor during her undergraduate studies, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University in Hamilton.

Outside the legal realm, Rebecca finds joy in cooking, staying active through fitness, and exploring new destinations through her love for travel.

Viktoriya Terentyeva

Viktoriya holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Queen's University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in criminology from Simon Fraser University.

Throughout her esteemed career, Viktoriya has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing clients with expert legal counsel and representation. She has successfully navigated clients through intricate legal landscapes, offering adept solutions to their legal needs.

Proficient in handling an extensive range of practice areas including but not limited to immigration, family, estate planning and litigation, civil litigation and real estate, Viktoriya is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Proficient in multiple languages including English, Russian, and Polish, Viktoriya strives to break barriers and connect with a diverse range of individuals. Her multilingual abilities enable her to communicate effectively and cater to a wider clientele.

Beyond her practice, Viktoriya enjoys travelling, participating in community volunteer work, and spending time with her family.
